1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of printed photography and artwork from Gary Bell Portraits via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Final Sale Policy

All prints sold by Gary Bell Portraits are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection, including size, image, or finish
• Ordering errors made by the customer

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

To lodge a claim:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Supply clear photographs of the issue, including packaging if applicable

If approved, we may, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Prints are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Colour & Image Variations

All images are displayed as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in colour, tone, and finish may occur due to screen displays or printing processes. These variations are not considered faults and do not qualify for a return or refund.

6. Artwork Ownership & Copyright

Copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Gary Bell at all times. The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright ownership.

You may display the print for personal use or decoration in residential or commercial spaces. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, digitise, resell, or use the artwork for commercial purposes without written permission.
