Terms & Conditions / Refund Policy – Gary Bell Portraits

1. General

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases of printed photography and artwork from Gary Bell Portraits via our website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Final Sale Policy

All prints sold by Gary Bell Portraits are final sale.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect selection (including size, image, or finish)
• Ordering errors made by the customer

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund.

To lodge a claim:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery
• Provide your order number
• Supply clear photographs of the issue, including packaging if applicable

If approved, we will, at our discretion, replace the item or issue a refund.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Prints are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Colour & Image Variations

All images are displayed as accurately as possible; slight variations in colour, tone, and finish may occur due to screen displays or printing processes. These are not considered faults and do not qualify for a return or refund.

6. Artwork Ownership & Copyright

The copyright and all intellectual property rights remain with Gary Bell at all times. The purchase of a print does not transfer copyright.

You may display the print for personal use or decoration in a residential or commercial space. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, digitise, or create derivative works, nor use the artwork for resale or commercial purposes.

7. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Gary Bell Portraits regarding your purchase.
